He owned, managed and booked bands at the Coyote Club on North Broadway where hundreds of bands played like Asleep at the Wheel, Buddy Guy, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Koko Taylor, Replacements, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, Mose Allison, Lucinda Williams, Steve Earle, Warren Zevon, King Sunny Ade, Thomas Mapfumo, and Los Lobos.

Art became a Realtor in 1991 helping buyers and sellers in Riverside, Delano, College Hill, Woodlawn Village, Indian hills, Crown Heights, and other historic neighborhoods in Sedgwick and Butler counties. He is experienced in helping first time buyers and sellers find or sell their home.

Art has been a Top Ten Agent at Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate for years and has been a top agent in the the state of Kansas according to Real Trends.

Art’s hobbies include travel, gardening, and going to the gym to play racquet sports. Art is on the board of the Tallgrass Film Festival.
